Lincoln’s Land Grant College legislation & Truman’s GI Bill shifted higher ed, so visionary leadership can make a difference.  The success of this type of group will be determined by the number of innovators thinking ‘out of the box’  that will be added to the more conventional higher ed leaders.  The quality disruptors are already rapidly shifting the higher ed landscape today.
