How badly are for-profit schools serving young people?

Corinthian, and the other ‘bad actor’ for-profit colleges that have no other purpose than to enrich themselves on federal educational aid, need to be put out of business.  The fines levied against these lowest of quality career mills need to go toward alleviating the debt these poor kids are saddled with for life.
